Add Helply to your server
Open the Servers page in the dashboard and click Add server.Once Discord finishes the invite flow, refresh your server list if needed, then open the server you want to configure.You can also invite Helply directly here.
Open your server dashboard
Select the server you want to configure from the dashboard.If you are having trouble finding it, run
/dashboard inside your Discord server to open the correct dashboard page more quickly.Choose where Helply should respond
Start by setting your support destinations. Depending on your workflow, you can configure Helply for ticket channels and categories or for forum channels.

Set your support roles
